Special accounts is the Ace Network accounts that can act as participants of network's smart contracts.

Proxy account

Proxy accounts will be charged by network's smart contracts for traffic and time consumption, automated subscription's renewals, etc. It is highly recommended to top up such accounts with amounts which are intended to pay for such services.
